After the dreary start to my day in Brandon, the sun eventually came out and continued to shine beautifully until night fall.
In addition to the skyline-dominating McKenzie Seeds Building, one structure I found myself drawn to while in Brandon was the 8th Street Bridge. As I later learned, the bridge has been condemned, and there are no current plans in place to replace it.

Passed through the outskirts of Brandon on my last Manitoba drive, with only the one photo of Barney’s Motel to show for it. I’ve photographed Brandon a couple of times before, but my plan is to spend a few solid hours shooting there next summer.
