De la Cathedrale Avenue (1972).
A couple of shots today of the reconstructed St. Boniface Cathedral, one of Étienne Gaboury’s (the best architect out of Winnipeg?) more subdued projects.
On a completely unrelated side note, I’m very happy to see The Winnipeg Free Press back on the shelves this morning. Without a newspaper to read at lunchtime, I’ve been forced to read old office copies of Us and People magazines, and I’m pretty sure I’ve lost brain mass as a result.
Now my only hope is that this pork scandal (Porkgate?) goes away, and fast. It’s really, really boring.
